Hip, Leg And Knees, Also Neck, Shoulders, And Hands All

Hip, leg and knees, also neck, shoulders, and hands all in pain, but also tenderness in other tissues and muscles, numbness and sharp pain alternating in thigh, fatigue and insomnia issues. I have arthritis, hypothyroid, and tinnitus and hearing loss as well. I am female 67, and a survivor of breast cancer. The only meds I take regularly are Synthroid and occasionally NSAID for inflammation as I try to avoid using these because of the side effects. I have seen a knee surgeon but no surgery is required, and had testing for an rheumatoid issues...2 more to do. I sure would like someone to tell me what this is and how to treat and cure it.
