Hi,so I’ve Had Problems I’m By Right Wrist For Years

Hi,so I’ve had problems I’m by right wrist for years and no one seems to know what it is, the pain isn’t sharp it more dull than anything. It’s at the base of my wrist in line with my pinky and it’s alittle more swollen than the other hand.some times it sticks and I have to move it and it lets loose what could this be?
