Hi,so Im 10 Years Old Im In Fifth Grade And

Hi,so im 10 years old im in fifth grade and i been going through stress like 3 attempts,i cut and get mad uncontrollably. I then get sick i dont know how to stop it but my eyes get blurry I could still see but not clearly and my head hurts and everytime I go to the nurse they say im not sick and after awhile i eventually vomit how do i stop this?
