Hi,so My Sister Developed A Swollen Tongue Along With A

Hi,so my sister developed a swollen tongue along with a rash around her eye and on her arm and leg. She said that the only other reaction is itchiness. She has been tested for allergies and none were found. She was given a shot of prednisone and that did not help
