History Of Plantar Faschititus. Now Pain On Top Of My

History of plantar faschititus. Now pain on top of my foot but not positive if it is the top of my foot or where leg joins foot. Only when waking in am and when I have been off my feet for a few minutes. Pain does go away after a couple minutes. Almost feels as if it could crack it would feel better.
