Hit The Arm In The Place Under Arm By Falling

Hit the arm in the place under arm by falling on the corner of a shelf, had huge bruise that got from under arm to the elbow that is now more or less clearing out but also got hemotoma that gettin smaller but at the same time I can see there that a lamp shape like big vane that has lamps along. Is it possible that I hit and damaged the vane ? Almost no pain, working out with weight as usually but looks strange
