Hi,there Are Two Puss Filled Bumbs On My Mom's Low

Hi,there are two puss filled bumbs on my mom's low right butt cheek. One is big and like a purpleish red, with black puss filled center, and visible black head in center of pus bubble. The second one is red with white pus center. It looks the same as the other one before it turned black. Then there's another bump poping up that looks like it's goin to be another one. What is it and what should I do to it
