Hi...this Month I Had Gone For Follicular Scan On 12th

Hi...this month I had gone for follicular scan on 12th day of my period.i had taken ubiphene tablet for 5 days from 3rd day of my periods.on 12th day follicles were of good size and doctor gave me 10000 unit fertigyn hcg injection.again on 14 th day morning I had scan again but follicles were not ruptured.they had increased in size.why did not my egg rupture?again doctor has given me the hcg injection.what will happen if the eggs don't rupture.
