Hi,would Like To Ask What Should I Do My 6yrs

Hi,would like to ask what should i do my 6yrs old son his belly botton there is some puss w/c is smell & he also have an allergy in his body we already went to clinic the doctor said the allergy is scabies and she never tell me about the belly botton what we are going to do.. They are itchy.. Can u give me an advice thank you
