Hiya, After Sexual Intercourse I Bled A Little As I

Hiya,
After sexual intercourse I bled a little as I wiped myself. This went on a whole 24 hours, have worn a pad but only had some dark discharge. I'm not due a period. Had dull cramping, that only settles when lie down.
Starting to worry now, my mind is in overdrive, perhaps there is something serious going on. Could I be pregnant? Worrying about cervical cancer although have a clear history from smears.
