Hiya , I am 29 weeks pregnant , for the last few days , mainly at night time when my baby moves I get a sharp pain , sometimes it happens when the baby is still , my nipples have started to leak a clear substance and my discharge has become a Lot more and sometimes more thick , my toilet needs have increased incredibly , is this normal ?
