Hiya, Im female, 24, no health issues.

I had my implant removed yesterday afternoon, the wound was covered with paper stiches, a large plaster and then a bandage. The doctor said to remove the bandage after 24 hours and the stitches after 3. Can I take the plaster off now or should I wait? Or can I atleast swap plasters? There is dried blood on this one which I would quite like to remove.
