Hiya! Last Evening, Around 6pm, I Felt A Very Sharp

Hiya! Last evening, around 6pm, I felt a very sharp pain on the left side of my head, followed by a twitch then numbness feeling around my mouth and left side of my face. I applied pressure to my head & the pain and numbness went away within a half an hour.
