Hiya, My 3 Year Old Keeps Screaming Saying Her Vaginally

Hiya, my 3 year old keeps screaming saying her vaginally hurts, when I looked today she pointed to her cliterus which looks quite red and I then noticed a white/yellow bit in it, when I tried to clean it wouldn't come out and she kept saying that was where it hurt. Could the white/yellow bit be an infection? It seems to happen on and off but this is the first time I have notice the white/yellow lump?
