Hiya, Sometimes I Get A Really Bad Pain In My

Hiya, sometimes I get a really bad pain In my chest. I also get a pain under my left boob, I went to my doctor and they said it was pleurisy and gave me antibiotics but they didn't work every now and then I get a pain in my ribs were I can't stand up sit down walk or do anything all I can do is lay down until the pain has gone? Any help?
