Hi...yesterday I Experienced A Burning Sting In My Left Lower

Hi...yesterday I experienced a burning sting in my left lower eyebrow. It pierced my eyelid, taking skin off. Then, it began swelling very quickly. It felt like a bee sting but, my co-worker nor I noticed any type of bug around me. I cleaned it with an alcohol swab and took 50 mg of Benadryl and, I iced my eyelid. What could it be. This morning the puncture site is visible and my brow slightly swollen. Any ideas?
