Hlo Sir, My Problem Is When I Do Urine Dn

Hlo sir, My problem is when i do urine dn sperm come out after urine..ds is not regular happen it happens when has long time of discharge nd if i didnot masturbate..i notice it starts after complete a weak dn start to lick after urine. is it normal or any disease...if ds disease dn wht to do ?.. please suggest me doctor..
