Hlo Sir , I M 8 Weeks Pregnant And I

Hlo sir , i m 8 weeks pregnant and i had a regular test of hiv, suger etc. and my urine is in report is acidic . What it means ? Is it effect on baby's gender?
...&&& today my ultrasound is done and i hear my baby' s heart beat and it is 142 bmp . I read something that say if the heart beat of your child is 140 and above then it will be a girl. Is it true.. I m expecting a baby boy becoz i have already 6 year old baby girls mother .
