Hloo Doctor.. I Have Pcod. Got Married On 2015 November

Hloo doctor.. I have pcod. Got married on 2015 November 29.after marriage my periods become pretty regular. My last period was July 21St.in August last week I feel some pregnancy symptoms and do home pregnancy test... It came out faint positive line after hours..after two days again tested it also shows like before.. September first week had light bleeding like implantation bleeding. So we did blood test it came out negative. ...within these days we took several pregnancy test all were negative. Yesterday we consult a gynacologyst and do sonar.. She told us 2 cyst is present... And gave to me tablets for getting period.....
My question is any chances of pregnant...?? Sonar test is accurate??? If I am not pregnant why feel pregnancy symptoms?? Can I conceive soon??
