How Accurate Are Urine Tests Done For Chlamydia And Gonorrhea?

I recently had a urine test done for Chlamydia and Gonorrhea. Approximately 5 days after possible exposure. I was not told by the technician whether a first void or mid stream sample was needed. I gave a mid stream. Results were negative. Can I trust that this was accurate?
