How Adversely Does Methamphetamine Affect The Hernia In Stomach?

Hi. My nephew has been using methamphetamine and has been diagnosed with having a Hiatal Hernia in his stomach. He is wondering why the meth makes his stomach feel real full/ bloated shortly after using the meth. He says it makes his Hernia hurt real bad.
