How Are Norcolut Tablets Taken To Delay My Period?

Hi doctor,I am actually planning to do Umrah(Mekkah) this month. So I wish to delay my period for the whole journey of 10 days. My period due on 18/2/15,my worship will be between 14-24/2/15. My doctor advise me to take Norcolut tablet one week before my period. So I will start taking the pill by 12/2/15 on which I will be still at Malaysia,then I have to continue taking it In Mekkah as well. My question is how will I adjust my timing in taking the pill,as the timing in Malaysia & Makkah will be very different,like around 5 hours different. So If I take the pill at 8pm in Malaysia,do I have to take the same time at Makkeh as well ?
what will be effect if I only take one pill a day?
