How Are Althea Pills Different From Contraceptive Pills?

good day i want to ask about althea pills, hows it different from other contraceptive pills? in my case it seems whichever i use seem to make me gain weight,as in so much weight even if im watching my diet.. I have tried several brands but they all have the same effects..
