How Are Body Sores Treated In A Drug And Alcoholic Person?

I have an employee (F) mid 20s and a known user of marijuana and alcohol. She suffers badly from body odor but even worse her whole visible body, face arms and lower legs, are covered in sores. Most are healed to a point but still highly visible. This is in a restaurant environment where she is a waitress. What are some possible causes of the sores? They do vary in severity but I dont recall ever seeing her without them. Cheers
