How Cab Ptb Scar Be Removed Or Lightened?

I trust this site is good and of help. I am ann and I have previous but cured ptb with negative result on sputum. But I am worried about my scar. It's refusing me to work abroad. Is there a way how to remove the scar? or can I at least hide it during xray? I am so bothered by the rules of scar.
