How Can Eustachian Tube Dysfunction With Pain Be Treated?

I was diagnosed with Eustachian tube dysfunction a few months ago. The doctor gave me some antibiotics and a nasal spray. I took it for as long as he said which was just a few days. The pain and other symptoms have not left. I was wondering if there was a next step to get some relief.
