How Can Hailey-Hailey Disease With Itching And Soreness Be Treated?

Good Morning, I hope you can help me. I have haley haley disease and its been flared up since May last year. Last night after a bath (with nothing in the water) it got worse and very itchy and sore. I went to the toilet and when I wiped myself there was blood. As I am waiting for my period I put it down to that starting but then the bleeding stopped. Do I need to worry as I have never bled before to this degree. This is a horrible disease and am soooo over it.
