How Can I Address Persistent Hair Loss Despite Various Treatments?

Hi doctor, Iam having a huge amount of hair loss, I have tried all types of shampoos, tablets treatments in vCare. But no results, again after few days the sane thing repeats . Daily I m getting huge amount of hair loss, I feel like crying sometimes .please tell me what is the solution
