How Can I Control My Neck Pain?

Hi I am 28yrs old, 5.9" (175cm), 68 kgs. I sit for long hours in front of computer and I have neck pain which leads till the ring finger of my right hand. I would like to know whether Ezact 120, Ciploric 300, Rantac-D and Serta 50 tablets help me overcome this problem. I also practise the exercises(neck & shoulder) suggested by physiotherapist along with Bhujanghasan.
