How Can I Cope With Intense Grief And Daily Dysfunction After My Adult Daughter Moved Abroad?

Hi, I am having a difficult time with my daughter moving to Germany a few weeks ago. The plan is for her to stay for now on. This is my only child and she is 35 yrs old. I have two grown step daughters that are married , but they are much closer to their mom.so I am still broken hearted and nor functioning well in any other daily task. There are other dynamics that only intensifies this issue. So my life has been pretty miserable for 6 months or more. I can only rally myself at times and pretend to be happy and normal. But it is an act.
