How Can I Find Out If My Tubal Ligation Has

How can I find out if my tubal ligation has come undone? I had my tubes tied at 27years of age after my third child. I am now 37, and last month my period was four days late with a painful period to follow with a huge blood clot. Two weeks later I'm having morning sickness type of issues now... Oh yeah I forgot to mentioned two weeks before my late period I was experiencing sharp pains in my tubal area(feeling like something was bawling up into a knot). Please help.
