How can I get a plan to deal with the pain resulting from DDD and arthritis? Canadian doctors I have consulted will NOT refer me to a specialist as they don't think I need surgery and I am 79 yrs. old. I need a proper diagnosis and more info. as to why my pain moves around so much and is crippling at times but
not always.
