How Can I Get Immediate Relief From Chest Pressure And Fatigue From Aortic Stenosis?

How can Iget immediate relief from chest pressure and fatigue from severe aortic stenosis? My blood pressure is low and ?I have stopped my Losartin 50mg because of that. I am short of breath and have stopped my exercise which I did 2-3 times a week. I also have a esophagitis and a esophageal stricture from radiation therapy in 1992 after a lumpectomy. Is there any immediate relief prior to being evaluated for TAVR in a few weeks??
