How Can I Improve My Chances Of Getting Pregnant When My Periods Are Regular?

Hi I want to get pregnant but every time I try maybe I’m having sex wrong time my period always comes every month I’ve been trying two months now, I went to a gynecologist for all the tests they came out negative said nothing is wrong with me I’m perfectly okay please can you help
