How can I improve my liver health? I currently learned that I had Hep C. I have had both vaccines for Hep A and B. I have only had one of the two required Hep c vaccines shots. I have a Castro Dr., but have not been prescribed medication. What foods or supplements can I use and eat that can help me until I can get into some type of program. I heard that Hep C is curable.
