How Can I Keep Antibiotics From Disrupting My Gut Health

How can I keep antibiotics from disrupting my gut health and which ones are less likely to do this? I have anxiety and depression problems and when I get sick, i start shaking and crying again, and brain fog, can't concentrate. Doom and gloom, feels like no way out.
