How Can I Know If I Have Allergy Problems Or

How can I know if I have allergy problems or a sinus infection? I ask because, at times, I sometimes snore hard enough to make my nose bleed. This happened last week and then what seemed like allergy symptoms came. Now everything is gone except the pain around my right eye and the headaches.
