Hi, I am 37 years old and married for 6 years and do not have any kids. When I underwent semen analysis, it came with the following results: Total Sperm Count/Ejaculate: 117X Sperm count/ml: 39X Motility: 29% Motility Rapid Progression: 0% Moderate Progression: 19% Slow Progression: 10% Immotility: 71% Could you please advise if i can overcome this issue as i am worried about the age factor.
