How Can I Reduce Frequent Nightfall And Watery Discharge At Age 20, As It Affects My Studies?

Sir i am facing nightfall twice or sometimes threes in a week or a month i am trying to stop it cause it effect my studies and i am 20 years old i am not watching any pornography movies and also happen that when i talk to my gf something come from my testis i didn't understand what's that some watery type ..and sir please help me
