How Can I Reduce Swelling In My Upper Lip After Squeezing A Blackhead?

I have a swollen lip on the top right side. It’s not painful, just uncomfortable. This morning I squeezed out a bad blackhead over the spot and every time I do that there seems to be an infection but it’s usually just a pimple. How can I get it to go down? I can’t see a doctor or get a prescription. I’ve been icing it but i don’t know if it’s done anything.
