How Can I Regulate My Periods And Prevent Early Menopause When I Have PCOS And Obesity, And Contraceptives Like Dronis Caused Side Effects?

Hello doctor I m suffering from pcos since very long and i have tried many things butt i am not able to curee it .i went to many guni but they prescribed me contraceptive pills like dronis 20 but i had more sidee effect than cure.I am already obese my weight is 77 kgs.what should i do to have regular period and to avoid menopause at such young age.
