How Can I Relieve A Persistent Night-time Cough And Throat Mucus That Hasn’t Improved With Ascoril, Saltwater Gargles, Or Nebulizers?

Hello. I developed sore throat & cough a week ago. The throat pain has subsided(took azithral 500 for 3 days) but I still have cough. I get bouts of it during the day but it gets worse at night. I m taking Ascoril but it s not helping. There is also an issue with mucus in throat but I m unable to spit it out. I tried gargling with salt water to force it out but it s hardly helped. I have been using a nebulizer as well with Budecort and Duolin once a day. Please suggest what can be done.
