How Can I Remove Dark Bumps Due To Ingrown Hairs?

hi i am a 18 year old girl, hispanic dominican black descent i have ALOT of ingrown hairs on my upper and lover legs i barely shave and i have tried many creams and washes withsalicylic and glycolic acids and exfoliators and yet they still have not been removed i sometimes try to tweeze them by just pulling them out of the bump. m bumps are dark how can i remove them?
