How Can I Remove Pearly Penile Papules, And What Can I Do To Overcome Porn And Masturbation Addiction?

Hi, can you please suggest me how to get rid of pearly penile papules, I’m very uncomfortable because of them as it hits my confidence. Also if anyone can help me on porn and masturbation addiction that will be life changing. I think I can do great things but because of porn n masturbation and unable to control my addiction I cannot make myself remember things for long or focus for long. Please help.
