How Can I Repair My Teeth , I've Been To

How can I repair my teeth , I've been to several dentists in the past and before they even started or had just began to get bad, I asked what can I do to prevent them from getting any worse, I was told to use act mouthwash, I was already doing that, is there anything a dentist can give me to stop the decaying or whatever is going on and to reverse some of the damage, which is a lot, what can I do, the dentists and or the dental assistant who I know was not a liscened dentist, maybe an on the job trainee, she didn't know how to answer, was very unsure of herself, sorry this is so long, its frustrating because my teeth didn't have to get to this point if I would have had competent professionals working or looking at my teeth, and a dentist that actually cared,or at the least could have advised me of another type of dentist or have given me something to strengthen them, he told me all he did was pull teeth, when in fact he is a maxafacial, wrong spelling I know, oral surgeon, is there anything I can do to reverse or rebuild my teeth at all?
