How Can I Safely Prepone My Period By 5 Days, And Which Tablet, Dose, And Schedule Should I Follow?

I have regular period cycle of 28 day but from last 3 months it is of 23- 24 days and this month its 30 days. In the next month i want to prepone my period by 5 days what i can do to surely prepone my period please suggest Tablet, doses and when to start and stop the tablet
