How Can I Successfully Conceive After 4 Years Of Infertility, A Miscarriage, Treated Uterine TB, And Laparoscopy For Blocked Tubes?

Hello, m trying to conceive from past 4years, I had a miscarriage once and after that we have been trying for 3years still not pregnant in between I had some medical treatment also after miscarriage my both fallopian tubes cornual bloackage HCG test so I have gone for laproscopy surgery also in that they told me that I have tb in uterus so I have completed my tb medicine course for 9months now it s been more than 6months I m consulting wid my doc also they have done my follicular study DF ruptured n infertility medicine like duphaston, ultra coq, susten vt 200 we have tried everything but still not pregnant..plz suggest me what should I do ? Should I go for any treatment now ?
