How Can I Tell If My Hearing Issue Is Caused By Clogged Tubes Or Actual Hearing Loss, Considering My Ears Itch And Improve With Psoriasis Oil?

it seems like my ears are clogged, but the doc/pa says there is no wax. My ears itch - helped by psoriasis body oil. The oozing has also abated since using the psoriasis oil. Hearing gets better and worse. How do I know if the hearing problem is clogged tubes or real hearing loss?
