How Can I Treat Persistent Hard Lumps And Worsened Scars A Year After Subcision And 9 Dermapen Sessions?

I did subcision since one year, it was a very bad experience as i got hard lumps and my scars got even worse. Subcision was without fillers, then my doctor refers to complete doing dermapen sessions and i did 9 sessions, After all i still suffer from a really noticeable lumps and its sooooo annoying!! What can i do, many doctors said i have to adapt with these lumps, but am still looking for a better result
