How Can I Trust That You Are Not Just Computers

How can I trust that you are not just computers and that you can actually help me? Why do I have to pay to get my problems fixed, I am getting bullied at school for my appearance and you want me to pay to get an answer..... i'll just go to a real doctor. try to answer those questions?!
